Terms & Conditions for Pelago x SIA Formula 1 Campaign

This promotion ("Promotion") is organised by Encounters Pte Ltd (“Pelago”), where existing KrisFlyer members may be eligible to earn 1,000 KrisFlyer miles per valid booking for Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix
This Promotion commences on 15 April 2024, 0000hrs (GMT+8) and ends on 22 Sep 2024, 2359hrs (GMT+8) ("Promotional Period")

The Pelago User must make a valid booking for Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2024. For the avoidance of doubt, only non-Singapore residents can purchase Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2024 through Pelago.
The 1,000 KrisFlyer miles will only be awarded to the first 500 Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2024 valid bookings made during the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, the 1,000 KrisFlyer miles are awarded per booking regardless of the number of tickets purchased in the same booking. The Pelago User must enter their own KrisFlyer membership number upon checkout. The Pelago User should ensure that their booking details should correspond with their KrisFlyer membership details for the KrisFlyer miles to be successfully credited to their KrisFlyer membership account.

Each KrisFlyer membership account is only eligible to 1 reward (1,000 KrisFlyer miles) in this Promotion regardless of the number of valid bookings made on the KrisFlyer membership account. For the avoidance of doubt, the 1,000 KrisFlyer miles awarded under this promotion cannot be accumulated with the rewards under any other promotions organised by Pelago.
The KrisFlyer miles will be credited only after the Pelago User has successfully completed their booked experience, and any cancelled bookings will be ineligible for the Promotion.
The Pelago User must be a valid KrisFlyer member at the time of booking, and must continue to maintain their membership at the time of completion of the booked experience. Non KrisFlyer members can visit www.KrisFlyer.com to find out more about membership and how to enrol.
The Pelago User will not be allowed to transfer the 1,000 KrisFlyer miles to another KrisFlyer account. Singapore Airlines shall automatically reverse any such transfer.
Subject to the fulfilment of the above conditions, the KrisFlyer miles will be credited to the KrisFlyer membership account of the Pelago User by 31 October 2024.
All bookings are subject to Pelago's Terms of Use, and all collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with Pelago's Privacy Policy.
Pelago and Singapore Airlines reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion, and/or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at their sole and absolute discretion.
The terms and conditions of this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
