Absolutely! Do note that the application, and issuance of valid work visas are subject to the governing body's eligibility criteria as well as subsequent approval of the application. Upon approval, Pelago will apply for work visas on your behalf.
What our hiring process looks like
How is the hiring process like?
All shortlisted applicants will be notified within 2 weeks of application. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of applications we receive, only applicants who are shortlisted will be contacted.
Depending on the team and position you have applied for, the interview process will vary. As standard practice, you may expect the following:
1st round: Initial meeting with Talent Acquisition (People)
2nd round: Interview with your Hiring Manager
3rd round: Assessment (if applicable)
4th round: Team assessment
Final round: Interview with the Leadership Team (if applicable)
What is the assessment process?
Pelago adopts a variety of assessment procedures from interviews, case studies to coding challenges. The type of assessment will depend on the team and position you have applied for. If you have been shortlisted, the assessment process will be emailed to you by the Talent Acquisition team.
