Terms & Conditions for Pelago's Best Prices Guaranteed Campaign
This promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Encounters Pte Ltd (“Pelago”) and is valid for bookings made between April 2023 (00:00 Singapore time) and 31 May 2024 (23:59 Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).
Please ensure that the price found on other travel experiences website needs to be (i) lower (excluding discounts) than the final price paid on Pelago, (ii) and meets the following conditions: - Same activity and option selected - Same dates of visit - Same currency - Rate must be available to the general public and verified through Pelago
Prices that will not be applicable are: - Non-public prices (e.g., company rates, group rates, membership program rates) - Prices offered as part of a package (e.g., tour package) - Prices that are no longer available, viewable or bookable on the Internet at the time of verification by Pelago - Credit card offers - Seasonal pricing (e.g., school holidays, summer holidays) - Flash sales and/or limited time offers (e.g. first 50 bookings)
All claims must be submitted prior to the activity date of your booking on Pelago. Only 1 successful claim can be submitted per booking.
Pelago will refund the difference via a Pelago promotion code, once we verify that the lower rate on other travel websites complies with the Terms and Conditions - The price difference should be minimally SGD1 (or other currency equivalent), and will be refunded via a Pelago promotion code - Refunds will only be made after the activity date has passed (i.e. activity has completed and booking was not cancelled), within a period of 30 days
All bookings are subject to Pelago’s Terms of Use, and all collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with Pelago’s Privacy Policy.
Pelago reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion, and/or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
The terms and conditions of this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
