Pelago's Best Prices Guaranteed CampaignTerms & Conditions
1. Promotion Overview
This promotion ("Promotion") is organized by Encounters Pte Ltd ("Pelago") and is valid for bookings made between January 2024 (00:00 Singapore time) and 31 December 2025 (23:59 Singapore time) ("Promotion Period").
2. How the Price Match Works
To qualify, you must have a valid Pelago booking. If you find a lower price for the same activity on another eligible platform, Pelago will refund the difference via a Pelago promo code (“Promo Code”), once your submission is verified.
- Important Notes:
→ If you used a promo code on your Pelago booking, the refund is based on the final discounted price you paid
→ The refund will only be issued after Pelago verifies that the lower price meets all eligibility requirements, and after activity is completed.
Best Price Guarantee claims are valid only when the lower price is found on a completely separate, non-Pelago platform. Any price shown on Pelago or via Pelago-powered channels (e.g. Kris+ app, ShopBack links directing to Pelago) is deemed the same platform and is not eligible for comparison.
3. Eligibility Criteria
Qualifying Price Match
To qualify:
- The price that is compared against must include taxes and exclude discounts
- The booking details must match exactly:
→ Same activity, inclusions, options, operator
→ Same visit date
→ Same number of participants
→ Same currency, unless unavailable (Pelago will use prevailing exchange rates)
→ The lower price must be publicly available, verifiable by Pelago and bookable online
→ The other price must be at least SGD 1 (or equivalent) lower than your final Pelago price (after discounts)
4. What’s Not Eligible
The following do not qualify for the price match:
A. Price Types
- Discounted or promotional prices
- Member-only, corporate, or group rates
- Travel packages (e.g., bundled tours)
- Prices not available or bookable at the time of verification
- Credit card or payment method-specific offers
- Seasonal pricing (e.g., school/summer holidays)
- Flash or limited-time deals (e.g., "first 50 bookings")
B. Product Types
- Any Pelago Exclusive Products (i.e Pelago Pass)
- Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix, including Hospitality Packages
- Disney Adventure by Disney Cruise Line
- Universal Studios Japan Studio Pass (Direct Entry)
- Universal Beijing Resort Ticket
- Products offered under KrisFlyer Experiences
- Pelago transferz
C. Booking Types
- Bookings paid using Singapore Culture Pass
5. How to Submit a Request
- Submit your claim before the activity date
- Only one request per booking is allowed
- You must include the website link and screenshot showing:
→ The lower price (including taxes, excluding discounts)
→ Matching activity, options, and quantity
6. Review & Refund Process
- Submissions are reviewed within 5 working days
- If approved, the Promo Code will be auto-issued within 1 week after your activity date, and will be visible in the 'Rewards' section of your Pelago account

- The code will not be issued if the booking is cancelled.
7. Other Terms
- All bookings are subject to Pelago’s Terms of Use
- Personal data will be handled per Pelago’s Privacy Policy
- Pelago reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms, or terminate the Promotion, without prior notice
- This Promotion is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts
