Terms & Conditions for Pelago x SIA Formula 1 Campaign

This promotion ("Promotion") is organised by Encounters Pte Ltd (“Pelago”), where existing KrisFlyer members (“KrisFlyer Members”) may be eligible to earn 5,000 KrisFlyer miles per valid booking for Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 3-Day Pass – Turn 1 Grandstand (Access to All Zones) only.
This Promotion commenced on 4 August 2023, 0000hrs (GMT+8) and ended on 14 Sep 2023, 2359hrs (GMT+8) ("Promotional Period")
Only KrisFlyer Members are eligible for the Promotion.
The KrisFlyer Members must make a valid booking for Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2023 3-Day Pass – Turn 1 Grandstand (Access to All Zones). For the avoidance of doubt, only non-Singapore residents can purchase Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2023 3-Day Pass – Turn 1 Grandstand (Access to All Zones) through Pelago.co.
The 5,000 KrisFlyer Miles will only be awarded to the first 1,000 valid bookings for the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2023 3-Day Pass – Turn 1 Grandstand (Access to All Zones) made during the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, the 5,000 KrisFlyer Miles are awarded per booking regardless of the number of 3-Day Pass – Turn 1 Grandstand (Access to All Zones) tickets purchased in the same booking. KrisFlyer Members must enter their own KrisFlyer membership number upon checkout. The KrisFlyer Members should ensure that their booking details should correspond with their KrisFlyer membership details for the KrisFlyer Miles to be successfully credited to their KrisFlyer membership account.
Each KrisFlyer membership account is only eligible to 1 reward (5,000 KrisFlyer Miles) in this Promotion regardless of the number of valid bookings made on the KrisFlyer membership account. For the avoidance of doubt, the 5,000 KrisFlyer miles awarded under this promotion cannot be accumulated with the rewards under any other promotions organised by Pelago.
The KrisFlyer miles will be credited only after the KrisFlyer Members have successfully completed their booked experience, and any cancelled bookings will be ineligible for the Promotion.
The KrisFlyer Members must be a valid KrisFlyer member at the time of booking, and must continue to maintain their membership at the time of completion of the booked experience. Non KrisFlyer members can visit www.krisflyer.com to find out more about membership and how to enrol.
The KrisFlyer Members will not be allowed to transfer the 5,000 KrisFlyer miles to another KrisFlyer account. Singapore Airlines shall automatically reverse any such transfer.
Subject to the fulfilment of the above conditions, the KrisFlyer miles will be credited to the KrisFlyer membership account of the KrisFlyer Members by 2 October 2023.
All bookings are subject to Pelago's Terms of Use, and all collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with Pelago's Privacy Policy.
Pelago and Singapore Airlines reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion, and/or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at their sole and absolute discretion.
The terms and conditions of this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
