Terms & Conditions for Pelago's Miles Rush Week

This promotion ("Promotion") is organised by Encounters Pte Ltd (“Pelago”), where existing KrisFlyer members may be eligible to earn 25 bonus KrisFlyer miles per SGD1 spent on Pelago.
This Promotion commences on 21 September 2023, 0000hrs (GMT+8) and ends on 27 September 2023, 2359hrs (GMT+8) ("Promotional Period").
This Promotion is capped at 2,500 KrisFlyer miles per transaction, on a KrisFlyer account.
This Promotion is in cumulative to existing KrisFlyer miles earn rate of 3 KrisFlyer miles for every SGD 1 (or equivalent) spent on bookings made and completed through Pelago.
This Promotion is applicable to all experiences on Pelago, and stackable with promotion codes.
Only existing KrisFlyer members who have not previously made a booking on Pelago.co (“New Pelago User”) are eligible for the Promotion.
In order to be eligible, please ensure that:
- Your booked experience was made via this link. (i.e. If you entered via Pelago’s ads or other channels, you will not be eligible for this bonus.)
- Your booked experience must be completed before 1 December 2023.
- The 2,500 miles awarded are towards your own individual KrisFlyer account. You are not allowed to transfer KrisFlyer miles to another KrisFlyer account, and if discovered, any such miles will be reversed automatically.
If you are eligible for the bonus miles, it will be credited directly into your KrisFlyer membership account. Pelago shall not be obliged to notify and/or update the New Pelago User on his/her eligibility after the booking has been made, before the bonus miles are credited.
Promotion is subject to the following product exclusion(s):

JR Whole Japan Rail Pass (7, 14, or 21 Days)

For illustration purposes, for a transaction amount of S$50, new Pelago users will be able to earn 1,400 miles. Breakdown below:
- 25X Bonus miles (credited manually after 1 Dec): 1,250
- Year-round 3 miles per S$1 spent (credited upon activity completion): 150
For the avoidance of doubt, the 2,500 KrisFlyer miles are awarded per booking regardless of the number of tickets purchased in the same booking. The New Pelago User must enter their own KrisFlyer membership number upon checkout. The New Pelago User should ensure that their booking details should correspond with their KrisFlyer membership details for the KrisFlyer miles to be successfully credited to their KrisFlyer membership account.
Each KrisFlyer membership account is only eligible to 1 reward (25X bonus miles per SGD 1 spent) in this Promotion regardless of the number of valid bookings made on the KrisFlyer membership account.
The KrisFlyer miles will be credited only after the New Pelago User has successfully completed their booked experience, and any cancelled bookings will be ineligible for the Promotion.
The New Pelago User must be a valid KrisFlyer member at the time of booking, and must continue to maintain their membership at the time of completion of the booked experience. Non KrisFlyer members can visit www.KrisFlyer.com to find out more about membership and how to enrol.
The New Pelago User will not be allowed to transfer the 2,500 KrisFlyer miles to another KrisFlyer account. Singapore Airlines shall automatically reverse any such transfer.
Subject to the fulfilment of the above conditions, the KrisFlyer miles will be credited to the KrisFlyer membership account of the New Pelago User by 31 December 2023.
All bookings are subject to Pelago's Terms of Use, and all collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with Pelago's Privacy Policy.
Pelago and Singapore Airlines reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion, and/or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at their sole and absolute discretion.
The terms and conditions of this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
