Terms & Conditions for Pelago x SIA Formula 1 Campaign

This promotion ("Promotion") is organised by Encounters Pte Ltd (“Pelago”), where existing KrisFlyer members may be eligible to earn 1,000 KrisFlyer miles per valid booking for Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix
This Promotion commences on 1 Mar 2023, 0000hrs (GMT+8) and ends on 17 Sep 2023, 2359hrs (GMT+8) ("Promotional Period")
Only existing KrisFlyer members who have not previously made a booking on Pelago.co (“New Pelago User”) are eligible for the Promotion.
The New Pelago User must make a valid booking for Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, only non-Singapore residents can purchase Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2023 through Pelago.co.
The 1,000 KrisFlyer miles will only be awarded to the first 1,000 Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2023 valid bookings made during the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, the 1,000 KrisFlyer miles are awarded per booking regardless of the number of tickets purchased in the same booking. The New Pelago User must enter their own KrisFlyer membership number upon checkout. The New Pelago User should ensure that their booking details should correspond with their KrisFlyer membership details for the KrisFlyer miles to be successfully credited to their KrisFlyer membership account.
Each KrisFlyer membership account is only eligible to 1 reward (1,000 KrisFlyer miles) in this Promotion regardless of the number of valid bookings made on the KrisFlyer membership account. For the avoidance of doubt, the 1,000 KrisFlyer miles awarded under this promotion cannot be accumulated with the rewards under any other promotions organised by Pelago.
The KrisFlyer miles will be credited only after the New Pelago User has successfully completed their booked experience, and any cancelled bookings will be ineligible for the Promotion.
The New Pelago User must be a valid KrisFlyer member at the time of booking, and must continue to maintain their membership at the time of completion of the booked experience. Non KrisFlyer members can visit www.KrisFlyer.com to find out more about membership and how to enrol.
The New Pelago User will not be allowed to transfer the 1,000 KrisFlyer miles to another KrisFlyer account. Singapore Airlines shall automatically reverse any such transfer.
Subject to the fulfilment of the above conditions, the KrisFlyer miles will be credited to the KrisFlyer membership account of the New Pelago User by 2 October 2023.
All bookings are subject to Pelago's Terms of Use, and all collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with Pelago's Privacy Policy.
Pelago and Singapore Airlines reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion, and/or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at their sole and absolute discretion.
The terms and conditions of this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
