Terms & Conditions for Pelago's Miles Rush Week 5

1. This promotion ("Promotion") is organised by Encounters Pte Ltd (“Pelago”), where all customers of Pelago (“Pelago Customer”) may be eligible to earn 2,000 KrisFlyer Bonus Miles (“Bonus Miles”) for their experience booked on Pelago.

2. This Promotion commences on 26 June 2024, 0000hrs (GMT+8) and ends on 2 July 2024, 2359hrs (GMT+8) ("Promotional Period").

3. To participate:-

(i) The Pelago Customer is required to spend a minimum of SGD 150 on a single booking on Pelago during the Promotional Period; For clarity, this minimum spending requirement is not accumulated over multiple bookings.

(ii) The Pelago Customer must enter the promotion codes set out in Clause 3(iii) below (the “Eligible Bookings”).

(iii) Pelago Customers have to complete the Eligible Bookings by 31 August 2024;

(iv) Pelago shall credit the Bonus Miles towards the KrisFlyer account of the Pelago Customer.

4. Each Pelago Customer is only eligible for 1 reward in this Promotion regardless of the number of Eligible Bookings made during the Promotional Period.

5. This Promotion is in cumulative to existing KrisFlyer miles earn rate of 3 KrisFlyer miles for every SGD 1 (or equivalent) spent on bookings made and completed through Pelago (“Base Miles”).

6. This Promotion is NOT stackable with other promotions or promotion codes. Product exclusions apply. Please find full list of product exclusions here.

7. For the avoidance of doubt, the Bonus Miles will be credited directly into your KrisFlyer membership account. Pelago shall not be obliged to notify and/or update the Pelago Customer on their eligibility after the booking has been made, before the Bonus Miles are credited.

8. The Pelago Customer must enter their own KrisFlyer membership number upon checkout. The Pelago Customer should ensure that their booking details should correspond with their KrisFlyer membership details for the Bonus Miles to be successfully credited to their KrisFlyer membership account.

9. The Bonus Miles will be credited only after the Pelago Customer has successfully completed their booked experience, and any cancelled bookings will be ineligible for the Promotion.

10. The Pelago Customer must be a valid KrisFlyer member at the time of booking, and must continue to maintain their membership at the time of completion of the booked experience. Non-KrisFlyer members can visit www.KrisFlyer.com to find out more about membership and how to enrol.

11. The Pelago Customer will not be allowed to transfer the Bonus Miles to another KrisFlyer account. Singapore Airlines shall automatically reverse any such transfer.

12. The Bonus Miles to be awarded under the Promotion is subject to the availability of Bonus Miles allocated for redemption. Pelago reserves the right to terminate the Promotion in the event Bonus Miles are no longer available for redemption.

13. Subject to the fulfilment of the above conditions, the Bonus Miles will be credited to the KrisFlyer membership account of the Pelago Customer by 30 September 2024.

15. All bookings are subject to Pelago's Terms of Use, and all collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with Pelago's Privacy Policy.

16. Pelago and Singapore Airlines reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion, and/or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at their sole and absolute discretion.

17. The terms and conditions of this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
