Can I email my resume directly to the Talent Acquisition Team?

To be considered for a role, you will need to apply via our Careers website or LinkedIn Jobs page. 

Can I apply to more than one position?

Yes, but please remember to apply only for positions that fit your experience. We will not shortlist resumes of candidates who are unqualified for the position.

Do you hire international candidates?

Yes - however, do note that the application and issuance of a valid work visa are subject to the candidate meeting the respective country governing body's eligibility criteria and subsequent approval of the application.

What is the recruitment process?

Shortlisted applicants will be notified within 2 weeks of application. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. 


Here's the usual interview process, it may vary slightly depending on the team and position applied to:


  • 1st Round: Talent Acquisition 
  • 2nd Round: Hiring Manager
  • 3rd Round: Assessment (when applicable)
  • 4th Round: Team Assessment
  • 5th Round: Leadership Team (when applicable)

What is the assessment process?

Pelago adopts a variety of assessment procedures from interviews, case studies to coding challenges. The type of assessment procedure will depend on the team and position applied to. Shortlisted candidates will be informed of the assessment process by the Talent Acquisition Team.
